2 months agoIt's my must stop! I had the 16oz filet and it was outstanding. I prefer the back bar to the front, but both can be an enjoyable experience.

4 months agoSat in the waiting room with my wife for over an hour with not a single can we get you something or an update on our wait time. We were the only ones in there waiting and not to mention if you’re not a rich PoS they don’t even act like you exist. Pure disgusting service be more humble and do better

8 months agoWe had a group of 8. Waited a little bit for a large table but were well tended to at the bar. The old fashions were outstanding! Enjoyed some delicious apps. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Once seated, the meals came out quickly and were delicious. Highly recommend!

Edited 2 months agoMy wife and I went there for our anniversary. Had a couple of drinks at one of the bars before getting a call from our sitter that we had a sick kiddo at home. Unfortunately we didn't get to try the food. But the drinks and friendliness of the staff were great! Update: We have been back twice since the above review and have loved it both times. I had the Filet the first time we were able to get food, and the ribs and chicken the second time. Both were delicious. Great apps as well. We had the fried green beans and will definitely have them again.

a year agoA Must-Visit Steakhouse for Visitors! As an out-of-towner, I always look for great local spots to get a true taste of the area, and this steakhouse did not disappoint! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Now, let’s talk about the steak—absolutely phenomenal! Cooked to perfection, juicy, and full of rich, full flavor. The sides complemented the meal beautifully, soooo impressive. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation and overall experience. If you’re visiting and want an unforgettable steak dinner, this place is a must-try. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Edited 9 months agoThis is one of our favorite go-to places for the entire family whenever we are in the area. Great food, service, and atmosphere. We keep coming back every year when in the area! Supper Club style service where you place your order while you are waiting to be seated and then it's ready when you sit down. Most recently (July 2025) had great service at the bar from Maddie who makes a great martini while we waited for dinner. And all the dining room staff were on-game as well. Keep I'm mind there is usually a decent/long wait time to be seated but the bartenders will keep you happy while you wait.

5 years agoI am in Iron Mountain, MI area for a work project and went here tonight for dinner. I ordered the Saturday special: Prime Rib. The steak is EXCELLENT. I requested it to be cooked medium rare and the temperature was on point. The meat was so soft that it melted in mouth. I got the soup with it and today they had French onion. This dish was also delectable. They put the perfect amount of cheese on top. I was not a fan of the breadstick. It was quite generic. But I didn’t mind because everything else was fantastic. The service was great. The staff was attentive. The hostess and waitress had me in and out in a very reasonable amount of time: I was seated right away. The atmosphere was fun. People were having a good time and enjoying the food. One side of the restaurant was the restaurant and the other side was a bar. The lights were slightly dimmed which created a nice ambiance. My only main complaint with this place is none of the staff members were wearing masks. Currently the pandemic isn’t over and numbers are increasing drastically. I was a little uncomfortable. Luckily I was 6 feet away from everyone so I think I managed safety. Also, it would be more appealing if this place offered take out. I would love to go back and try their lamb chops. But due to staff not wearing masks I will not return here during my business trip. I highly recommend the food! I would give this place 5 stars if the staff wore masks.

5 years agoOMG it was the best steak ive ever had in my life. And the prices were fair. Better food than big city steak houses. This place is a true gem any time I'm even relatively close I will come back and by close I'm saying ID drive 3-400 miles to get more of this deliciousness. Best French onion soup in the world!!! Oh and those cheese curds were also the best I've had. Suzie our waitress was amazing be sure to ask for her service she for sure went above and beyond with a smile! Even tho all the waitresses and staff seemed great as well so either way you will be taken care of and feel like your home!!!
